Girls, you know what I mean. The lame ones. The reeeally lame things guys say when they break up with you. It may make sense to them, but it's the kind of comment that leaves a girl scratching her head wondering WTF?

Ok, so maybe you were the dumper instead of the dumpee. What happened? Cold feet? Catch him cheating? Why did you toss the toad back into the pond?

Have a funny or sad story about the first time you tried to get back out into the dating scene after a bad break-up?

I never got a chance to experience online dating (beyond what you read about in the book). It looks like the perfect solution to finding someone--it's like a giant cyber catalogue of eligible men.

Am I wrong? Share your story. What am I missing?

Ok...so what did you think? I really hope my story resonates with women who have gone through tough break-ups. If my story touched you in any way, I'd love to hear about it. That's why I wrote the book in the first place. I wanted to give some hope that happily-ever-after really can happen--and not just in the movies.
